The application form on this website is a request to be considered for our services. Submitting an application does not create a binding agreement or guarantee that we will accept you as a client. We review every application individually and reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant at our discretion.
Because our services involve substantial upfront strategy, production, and labor, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. You may cancel an ongoing engagement by providing written notice as specified in your service agreement; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund fees for the current or prior service periods. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the matter directly.
We bring professional expertise and effort to every engagement, but social media performance depends on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific number of views, followers, leads, sales, or revenue. Any examples, testimonials, or past results shown on this website are illustrative and are not a promise of your results.
All website content, branding, and materials created by DNMS Digital remain our property until full payment is received, after which agreed deliverables are licensed or assigned to the client as set out in the service agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our website content without written permission.
